PEEK (Polyetheretherketone)
Description

PEEK, Polyetheretherketone, is a semi-crystalline high-performance thermoplastic material with high strength and stiffness as well as high ductility. It exhibits great chemical resistance, excellent mechanical strength, good electrical insulation, dimensional stability, and exceptionally high temperature resistance. PEEK material is suitable for continuous use up to 260ºC and still retains its physical properties. It also possesses hydrolysis resistance to steam, water, and seawater at elevated temperatures. It is commonly used in aerospace, automotive, medical, high temperature electrical applications due to these properties.
